  • Information transmitted via email is not secure.  Ramsey County recommends that you do not use email to send private or confidential data.

  • Crime tips can be securely and anonymously reported online by visiting Report a Tip.

  • Response to email inquiries will contain general information, suggest referrals when necessary, and will not provide legal advice.

  • Emails are checked and responded to at various times Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding government holidays.
