KSTP-TV reports on Ramsey County’s launch of the metro area’s first year-round collection of unused and unwanted medicines

 “Roofs to Roads” initiative to recycle roof shingles wins a 2011 MPCA Pollution Prevention Award. The project was initiated by the department’s Environmental Health Section, in partnership with several public and private business partners.
