Cancellations / Refunds / Transfers
Shelters: No refunds are given due to weather conditions or cancellations. If you wish to change a reservation, all requests must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the original reservation date. A $10.00 transfer fee will be applied. To process the transfer, permittee must return original permit before a new permit will be issued. If transfer request is for a shelter with a higher fee, reservation will be held for three (3) business days to allow time to remit additional fee. No refunds will be given if transfer is to a shelter with a lesser rental fee.
Pavilions: For cancellations made sixty (60) or more days prior to the event date, the rental fee, less a $25.00 cancellation charge, shall be refunded. For cancellations made 30-59 days prior to the event date, 50% of the permit fee shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date, the full fee shall be retained. If you wish to change a reservation, all requests must be made thirty (30) days prior to the original reservation date. A $10.00 transfer fee will be applied. If transfer request is for a pavilion with a higher fee, reservation will be held for five (5) business days to allow time to remit additional fee. No refunds will be given if transfer is to a pavilion with a lesser fee.
