RCCHS partners with contracted community vendors to meet county residents' needs. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued when program staff identify a service need. The RFP process is open and competitive.

If you are responding to an RFP for the first time, or want more information about the RFP process at RCCHS, please view this RFP video. It provides an overview of the process, and highlights important elements to include in your proposal. The video is 23 minutes long. RCCHS currently posts all RFP's with Onvia/Demand Star. Onvia is free and automatically notifies registered agencies.

Starting January 1, 2014, the MN Department of Human Services (DHS) will contract for all Medical Assistance Home and Community Based Waiver Services. If you are interested in obtaining a Medical Assistance Home and Community Based Waiver Service contract, you can enroll with DHS.

Ramsey County procurement policies allow Ramsey County departments to contract directly with a CERT registered provider for contracts up to $25,000 without a solicitation process. Small for-profit businesses and Women-Owned or Minority-Owned businesses may register as CERT providers.
