The RCECC is committed to maintaining the public’s trust while constantly improving quality and operations.
If you have a complaint, compliment, or concern about the way a 9-1-1 operator, police dispatcher, or medical dispatcher handled your call, or a suggestion for improving RCECC’s service to the public, call 651.266.7715.
If you have a complaint, compliment, or concern about the actions of a police officer, medic, or fire fighter, please call our non-emergency line 651.767.0640 for an operator to direct your call.
Your complaint or compliment recognizes the work of an individual and should include:
- day and time of the call you are concerned about
- phone number you called from, the location (including the city) where help was sent
- telephone number where you can be reached
- incident case number, if available
All calls and e-mails are appreciated and reviewed by the RCECC. Recognition of the complex and stressful work of an individual 9-1-1 operator or dispatcher creates an opportunity to reward and motivate their public service.
