Ann joined the RCD in June, 2006 and is responsible for accounting and payroll functions, providing support for board activities, manages the RCD's website, assists with environmental education programs, reporting activities for BWSR grant funding, and manages the volunteer Rain Gauge Network for Ramsey County. She holds a B.S. in History with a minor in Psychology from Oregon State University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree.

Ryan has worked at the RCD since November, 2005 and is the coordinator for the County-wide Native Buffer Cost Share Program and provides technical assistance to homeowners interested in installing a rain garden or shoreline restoration on their property. He also is the Wetland Specialist. He has 6.5 years experience and a B.S. in Biology from University of Minnesota at Duluth. He is also certified by MnDot as an inspector/installer and landscape specialist. He has technical approval authority from the NRCS and is a Wetland Delineator in-training for the State of Minnesota.

Mike began working at the RCD in 2007 and has professional experience in natural resource management and GIS. Mike administers and completes the technical work of numerous conservation projects including sediment and erosion control inspections, natural resource surveys, GIS analysis, and BMP retrofit studies for cities and surrounding watershed organizations. Mike has experience working with state and local government agencies acquiring grants and funding to support conservation projects and has been awarded grants from the MPCA and BWSR. Mike holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation from the University of WI, River Falls and a M.S. in Geographic Information Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
