General Information
Visitors must show picture identification prior to entering the JDC.
Residents are NOT ALLOWED to accept ANYTHING from parents or guardians.
Please do NOT bring keys, cell phones, bags, purses, or briefcases, as you will be asked to leave them in lockers outside the JDC.
Parents will NOT be allowed entry if under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If your child is on prescribed medication, please bring the medication to the JDC so Nursing Staff can dispense it to your child.
Should you have any further questions, you may call 651-266-5255 and ask to speak with the SHIFT SUPERVISOR.
VISITING HOURS and DAYS
Any exception to these times requires approval of the Shift Supervisor
Initial Parental Visit (typically within the first 24 - 72 hours)
Monday - Friday: 3:30pm - 4:30pm | 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9:30am - 12:00pm | 1:00pm - 2:00pm | 3:30pm - 4:30pm | 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Detention Residents (Pods 600 & 800)
Monday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Work Program Residents & START Residents (Pods 300, 400, 700 & 800)
Wednesdays: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Detention Residents (Pods 100, 300 & 500)
Fridays: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Detention Residents (Pods 600 & 800)
Saturdays: 8:00am - 11:30am (visits between 8:00am – 9:30am must be scheduled)*
1:00pm – 2:00pm | 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Detention Residents (Pods 100, 300 & 500)
Sundays: 8:00am – 11:30am (visits between 8:00am – 9:30am must be scheduled)*
1:00pm – 2:00pm | 3:00pm – 4:30pm
Work Program Residents & START Residents
Sundays: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
*Visits are scheduled at the time of the visiting phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays
